Trách nhiệm

● Leadership and Strategy:
    - Lead and mentor a team of QC engineers, providing guidance and support.
    - Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy that aligns with
business objectives.
    - Define and maintain quality standards and processes.
    - Stay up-to-date on the latest testing methodologies and tools.
● Test Planning and Execution:
    - Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
    - Execute manual and automated tests for mobile apps (Android and iOS), web
platforms, and backend APIs.
    - Perform thorough testing of system integrations and data flows.
    - Utilize tools like Postman and JMeter for API and performance testing.
    - Accurately document and report test results, clearly identifying and tracking defects.
● Technical Expertise and Collaboration:
    - Provide technical guidance and support to the QC team.
    - Work closely with developers to understand system architecture and identify potential
risks.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development
lifecycle.
    - Utilize your understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and database scripting to verify data
integrity.

Yêu cầu

● At least 7 years of proven experience in software testing, preferably in a leadership
role.
● Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

● Experience with test automation tools.
● Hands-on experience in various testing types, including API testing, end-to-end
testing, and mobile app testing.
● Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and database scripting.
● Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
● Excellent communication and leadership skills.
